The KRD Facility

Kim Robards Dance has relocated to a beautiful new permanent home at 1387 South Santa Fe Drive in Denver, Colorado.  KRD’s 24,000 square foot facility is at the forefront of creating a new performing arts center with multi-tenant use of a theater and dance studio spaces.

The performance venue space features a 36' x 48' sprung dance floor with marley covering, a basic light plot, and 13' 6" ceilings.  The performance space is ideal for dance or theatre, among other uses, with a seating capacity of approximately 125 with 40 historic Auditorium Theatre seats.

KRD's professional company, the KRD School and our administrative offices are located here.  KRD subtenants also make their home here including Denver’s acclaimed Paragon Theatre and McTeggart Irish Dance. 

The space is available for subleases, long term and short term rentals and special event rentals.  Space use is available 7 days per week.

Our facility offers free parking for our patrons. The space also has two dressing rooms, a kitchen area, has sound equipment to accommodate CDs or cassettes, and has a piano. The facility is appropriate for many performance genres.
